What Your Physical May Include
Vital Signs and Measurements
Blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, height, weight, and other required measurements.
Heart and Lung Examination
Assessment of heart sounds, breathing, and general cardiopulmonary health.
Medical History Review
Review of current and previous medical conditions, Immunizations, surgeries, medications, supplements, and allergies.
Musculoskeletal Assessment
Evaluation of strength, movement, balance, joints, and physical function when applicable.
Vision Screening Services
Basic vision screening when required for the selected physical or form.
Required Form Completion
Review and completion of school, sports, employer, or program-specific forms when requirements are met.
